HNS-licensed coaches had no platform that kept up with their needs
Coaches training clubs and youth categories under Croatia's football federation relied on paper, spreadsheets and a single existing platform whose usage was visibly declining. There was no modern, purpose-built tool to plan trainings, track player development and prepare for matches in one place.

We researched the competitive landscape, then built Coach2Coach from the ground up: a training planner tied to a calendar and exercise library, a tactical drawing tool, individual player cards with skill and fitness testing, team and club management, and print-ready exports for every module.
Training planner & calendar
Coaches build session plans from an exercise library and schedule them on a monthly or weekly calendar per team.
Player testing & skill tracking
Functional, motor, strength, FMS and technical tests are recorded per player, individually or in groups, with historical tracking.
Tactical drawing tools
Coaches draw and save formations, drills and tactical setups directly on a pitch canvas.
Print-ready exports
