This policy explains which personal data we collect, why we process it and what rights you have. It applies to visitors of nullbit.hr / nullbit.co and to people who send us inquiries.

Data we collect
Data you submit via forms (name, email, phone, company name, website address, attachments and message). Technical data needed to run the site (e.g. IP address in server logs). UTM parameters and ad identifiers (gclid, fbclid) if you arrived via a campaign.
Purpose and legal basis
Responding to inquiries and preparing quotes (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps). Campaign measurement only with consent for marketing cookies. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep inquiries and correspondence as long as needed for communication and a possible engagement, and no longer than applicable legal periods. Attachments are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
