Billing, exam-file compliance and production rollout
A driving instructor's caseload lived in notebooks and phone calls
Driving instructors at Autoškola Eurospot managed each candidate's personal details, driving sessions, task progress and exam readiness by hand, with no shared system to schedule sessions, track curriculum progress by licence category, or assemble the documentation an exam requires.
No digital record connecting a candidate's personal details, sessions and task progress
No shared calendar for scheduling and tracking the week's driving sessions
Task checklists and curriculum progress varied by instructor, with nothing standardised per licence category
No mobile way for an instructor to check a candidate's file between sessions, away from a desk
One app for every candidate, session and task
We built a web platform wrapped in a native Flutter app for iOS and Android, so instructors manage their full caseload from a phone between sessions or a browser at the office - candidates, a weekly session calendar, category-specific task templates, notes and exam-file compliance, with subscription billing built in.
Candidate records
Personal details, licence category and status, searchable and filterable, with an archive for completed candidates.
Weekly session calendar
A calendar-based schedule for driving sessions, with status, location and notes per session.
Category-specific task templates
Reusable checklists per licence category, applied to candidates and tracked to completion.
Chronological candidate notes
A running log per candidate, visible across sessions.
Exam-file compliance
Structured recordkeeping built to support the documentation a driving exam requires.
Native mobile app
A Flutter-based iOS and Android app wraps the same platform for instructors on the move.
Subscription billing
Stripe-based billing built in from day one, ready to scale beyond a single driving school.
How instructors run their caseload
Candidate records, scheduling and curriculum progress moved from notebooks and phone calls into one app instructors carry with them.
